What we collect. Visiting the site logs the ordinary things — IP address, browser and device, which pages you looked at, where you arrived from. Contacting us or buying something adds your name, email and billing details. The card itself goes to our payment processor; we never see or store the number.

Photographs of you. These events happen in public, and you may appear in the footage as part of the crowd. If you believe content featuring you should be reviewed for removal, use the form above. We are not obliged to remove content lawfully captured at a public event, but we read every request on its own merits.

Your rights. Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or a deletion, and we will action it — through the form above or at caribbeanchit@gmail.com.

Cookies and consent, third-party services, Patreon logins, data security and children’s privacy are all covered in the full Privacy Policy.

Every photograph is sold for personal, non-commercial use only. You may display it, print it, and share it on your own social media, so long as the purpose is personal.

Not included: resale or redistribution of the file, stock libraries, print-on-demand, merchandise, paid advertising, and any use that promotes a business, band, promoter, venue or event. That applies to both sizes and to every image in the archive.

Videos are licensed for private viewing. Public screening, broadcast and re-upload require written permission — get in touch and we will sort it quickly.
